In pursuit of the Investment Objective, the Investment Manager intends investing in shares or equity linked securities including depositary receipts, preferred stock, convertible bonds and debentures which are convertible into equity securities, predominantly issued by companies having their headquarters or carrying out their predominant activities in Emerging Markets ex China and quoted or traded on Regulated Markets.
