The sub-fund’s net assets will be primarily invested in bonds or other debt securities including convertible bonds and contingent convertible bonds. Investments in contingent convertible bonds will represent a maximum 20% of net assets. The sub-fund may invest without limitation in high-yield debt securities, with a maximum of 10% of net assets in securities from issuers having a rating lower than B-. The minimum average rating for bonds and debt securities will be BB-. Nonrated securities will no longer represent more than 15% of net assets.
