To achieve its investment objective, and under normal conditions, the Sub-Fund will be mainly invested in Target Funds provided that the management fees applying to the Target Funds shall not exceed 3% (three percent); selection of these eligible Target Funds will be done through a look through analysis in line with the Sub-Fund investment policy; The Sub-Fund may also invest in fixed income transferable securities, such as bonds, debentures, notes, whether straight or floating rate bonds, as well as variable income securities such as shares and warrants on transferable securities issued by issuers of any nationality and in any currency.
