The Sub-Fund will provide Shareholders with access to a managed portfolio of (re)insurance risks that offers positive expected risk-adjusted returns with limited correlation to other asset classes. The Sub-Fund will typically invest in ILS instruments in a variety of structural forms and potentially across several lines of business (e.g., natural catastrophe, life, mortality, longevity, surety, aviation, satellite, fire, casualty, etc.).
