EQS-Adhoc: Altech Advanced Materials AG: The appointments to the Management Board of Mr Uwe Ahrens and Mr Hansjörg Plaggemars have been extended; Mr Iggy Tan resigns from the Management Board

Altech Advanced Materials AG ("AAM" or the "Company") (FRA: AMA) announces that the appointments of the two Management Board members Mr Uwe Ahrens and Mr Hansjörg Plaggemars have been extended until 31 December 2025. The Executive Board member Mr Iggy Tan, however, will resign from his position with the company on 31 December 2024. Mr Tan is still Managing Director and CEO of the Australian Altech Batteries Ltd. and Managing Director of the two subsidiaries Altech Batteries GmbH, in which the CERNERGY project and Altech Industry Germany GmbH, in which the Silumina Anodes project is to be implemented.
The Supervisory Board would like to thank Mr Tan for his commitment to the further development of the Silumina Anodes and CERENERGY projects. The company will remain associated with Mr Tan in the context of the two projects.
