Eterna Therapeutics Appoints Dr. Elena Ratner To Board Of Directors
(RTTNews) - Eterna Therapeutics (ERNA), a Massachusetts-based biopharmaceutical company, Thursday has announced the appointment of Elena Ratner, M.D., M.B.A., to its Board of Directors.
Dr. Ratner will guide Eterna's strategic initiatives in ovarian cancer, utilizing her expertise in obstetrics, gynecology, and reproductive sciences. Her leadership aims to advance innovative therapies in women's health, supported by Eterna's recent partnership with MD Anderson Cancer Center, which focuses on developing groundbreaking treatments for ovarian and breast cancers.
Dr. Ratner is a Professor in the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Sciences at Yale University School of Medicine and Director of the Discovery to Cure Early Ovarian Cancer Detection program. She has received numerous accolades, including the 2024 David and Cindy Leffell Clinical Excellence Award and the 2015 Yale Cancer Center Award for Clinical Excellence.
Wednesday, ERNA closed at $0.3233 or 3.03% lower and after market hours rose and closed at $0.34 or 5.17%.
