The objective of the Sub-Fund is to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the investable universe of publicly traded China-based companies, whose primary business or businesses are in the healthcare and healthcare-related sectors and whose securities are listed in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Shenzhen and outside of China (“China Healthcare Companies”).
