The sub-fund’s assets may be invested in interest-bearing securities and convertible bonds issued by: – Governments of Asian jurisdictions. – Asian government agencies. – Asian jurisdictions municipals. – Companies which have their registered office in an Asian jurisdiction or that conduct their principal business activity in an Asian jurisdiction. – Supra-national institutions such as World Bank (IBRD), European Investment Bank (EIB) and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) denominated in Asian currencies. – Non-Asian corporates that are issued in Asian currencies.
