The Fund seeks long-term capital growth primarily through investment in US companies. The Fund invests primarily in common stock, preferred shares and securities convertible into common stock, of companies across a range of industries, domiciled in the US or having significant operations in the US, and listed or traded on a US Regulated Market or in a Regulated Market of an OECD country. The Fund will have a bias towards larger capitalised stocks.
