The Portfolio will seek to achieve long-term capital appreciation from a portfolio of Permitted Investments including Transferable Securities, financial derivative instruments and Permitted Funds. The Portfolio will seek to achieve its investment objective by implementing investment ideas that are generally derived from short-term or medium-term market views on a variety of asset classes and instruments (“Tactical Tilts”) generated by the Investment Strategy Group within Goldman Sachs & Co, LLC (“ISG”).
