Anlageziel Indosuez Funds Short Term Euro M Capitalisation Fonds

The objective of the sub-fund is to seek a return and/or capital gain over an investment period of 12 months, without a capital protection objective, by managing a portfolio composed primarily of fixed or variable-income debt securities with maturity below 1 year, with no restriction in terms of geographical region, currency, sector, or the quality of the issuer. The sub-fund’s net assets will be primarily invested in bonds or other debt securities including convertible bonds and contingent convertible bonds. The minimum average rating for bonds and debt securities will be BB-. Non-rated securities will no longer represent more than 15% of net assets. Investments in contingent convertible bonds will represent a maximum 20% of net assets. The sub-fund may invest without limitation in high-yield debt securities, with a maximum of 10% of net assets in securities from issuers having a rating lower than B-.
