The investment objective of the Sub-Fund is to seek capital appreciation over the medium to long term. Corsair’s strategy is rooted in the belief that change creates opportunity. The Lyxor/ Corsair Capital Fund (the “Fund”) invests with a long bias focused primarily on U.S. companies going through strategic and/or structural change, as they often have little analyst coverage and a complicated financial story.
