The aim of the Sub-Fund ") is to achieve a net return in excess of the MSCI World Net Return EUR Index (the "Index") over the recommended investment period of 5 years, through a diversified portfolio composed of equities of companies in OECD countries with capitalisation in excess of USD 1 billion that have started or plan to start transitioning towards activities or sectors related to sustainable development and the environment and more specifically to the energy and ecological transition. The Sub-Fund takes account of sustainability risks and ESG characteristics as part of its selection process. In this regard, the Sub-Fund promotes environmental or social characteristics within the meaning of Article 8 of the SFDR Regulation. It is subject to the disclosure requirements of Article 8.
