The investment objective of the Fund is to seek long-term total returns in excess of the MSCI All Country World Index (the “Index”) primarily through investment in equity securities issued by companies worldwide. The Fund will primarily invest, directly or indirectly through the use of FDIs, in equity and other securities with equity characteristics. These may include, but are not limited to, common stocks, depository receipts (such as ADRs, GDRs and European depository receipts), market access products (including warrants on equities, options on equities and equity swaps), preferred stock, warrants, dividend-right certificates, investments in real estate investment trusts (REITS), exchange-traded funds and other UCIs.
