The Fund invests primarily in fixed income securities issued by corporations and non-government related issuers with an Investment Grade credit rating from Standard & Poor's and/or Moody's listed or traded on Regulated Markets worldwide. While the Fund will seek to invest primarily in such securities, it may also make allocations to other Investment Grade securities and, on an ancillary basis (i.e. not to exceed 20%), to below Investment Grade securities. The Fund may hold securities of varying maturities and denominated in various currencies.
