Under normal market conditions, a minimum of 70% of the sub-fund’s net assets will be invested in Non-Investment Grade rated and other higher yielding securities (including unrated bonds) issued by issuers meeting certain ESG rating and lower carbon intensity criteria (“ESG and Lower Carbon Criteria”).
