So investiert der Laguna Direct Lending Fund I (Lux) SCSp SICAV - RAIF - Unleveraged I1 USD Fonds: Each Sub-Fund will seek to provide investors with current income and, to a lesser extent, long-term capital appreciation primarily by investing in private credit instruments, including, but not limited to, privately originated secured first and second lien loans, unitranche instruments, mezzanine capital, payment-in-kind financings and preferred equity financings (collectively, “Portfolio Investments”). The sub fund may not make use of long-term borrowings in pursuit of this objective.
