The Compartment intends to principally have an exposure to equities and equity related securities (such as ADR and GDR, in accordance with article 2 of the Grand-Ducal Regulation and article 41 (1) a) to d) of the 2010 Law) and debt securities, (mainly rated investment grade and in a minor proportion rated non-investment grade) of any type (excluding distressed/defaulted debt securities), issued by companies and other entities that are domiciled in and/or headquartered in and/or which have their main activity in the Asian and Pacific countries (APAC) region. The following is a non-exhaustive list of APAC countries: South Korea, China (including Hong Kong), India, Australia, Japan, Taiwan, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines and Malaysia.
