Ina Invest publishes key figures for the 2024 financial year

Glattpark (Opfikon), 26 February 2025 – Ina Invest achieved total income of CHF 35.6 million in the 2024 financial year. This consists of operating income of CHF 20.2 million and a gain of CHF 15.4 million from changes in market value. Earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT), including changes in market value and excluding extraordinary items, reached CHF 20.4 million.

The termination of the long-term framework and service agreement with Implenia had a one-off effect of CHF -34.7 million. As a result of this one-time negative impact on earnings, EBIT for the 2024 financial year was CHF -14.2 million and the net loss was CHF -17.4 million.

The real estate portfolio of Ina Invest reached a market value of CHF 862 million at the end of 2024. Equity amounted to CHF 395.8 million at year-end. NAV per share was CHF 21.98. 

Today's announcement of the 2024 key figures is being made in parallel with the publication of the 2024 annual financial statements of Implenia. These also include certain financial information about Ina Invest, of which Implenia is a significant shareholder. These financial details can be found in the Implenia annual report.
