RIXX Invest AG will transform from a pure oil and gas producer into an innovative value-add investor. The new strategy is based on four business segments:
The implementation of the strategy commences immediately with the installation of the first mining containers at the production sites in Texas. Simultaneously, the systematic development of the new business segments in real estate and venture capital will begin. The growth strategy shall be financed through a combination of traditional and innovative financing instruments. The Management Board expects a significant increase in the company's earning power through the realignment, particularly due to synergy effects between the business segments and the cost-efficient utilisation of flare gas for crypto mining.
