Sanoma delivered company’s own shares based on a share plan

Sanoma Corporation has today delivered a total of 10,814 own shares (without consideration and after taxes) to four employees of the Group as part of the Restricted Share Plan 2022-2024. More detailed information about the incentive plans is available on sanoma.com.

After the share delivery, Sanoma holds a total of 527,157 own shares.
